listed on alexsandras.com are not sold via auction. While we do
offer items on ebay, this website is reserved for our most spectacular,
rare and hard to find merchandise. If you are not a local and
unable to come to the shop to obtain you purchases, we offer the option
of paypal to expedite the process. Of course, you can always send
a cashiers check or money order to the address listed above.
Merchandise is only shipped upon receipt of payment.

you want something crafted from her imagination, you have a pattern of your
own or you want a gown altered, she has done it
all. Known for her straightforward approach, AlexSandra
understands how important your wedding day is to you. Reasonably
priced, very experienced and incredibly reliable, AlexSandra has altered
some 300+ wedding gowns over the years. Do not hesitate to contact

Your homepage mentions that you rent jewelry, how does that work
exactly?
We understand that
special occasions often times call for special costume jewelry.
Therefore, we are willing to offer you the use of anything in our store
for a nominal fee. Pricing depends upon what piece or pieces we are
talking about; all that is required is a valid credit card to secure the
merchandise.
Do the prices on
your website include the cost of shipping?
Yes, our prices
do include the cost of shipping except for clothing, international
shipments and items being insured.
Do you offer any
sort of layaway plan?
Yes,
I happily offer layaway on purchases over $200. TERMS: First 1/3 down
(within ten days, including shipping). The second 1/3 due in sixty days
and the last 1/3 in sixty days. Special terms can be made by contacting
AlexSandra. Please mark your calendar in advance of the due dates and
make payments on time as NO REMINDERS ARE SENT. Or do it the easy way by
(1) authorizing NOW the processing of your credit card on the due dates,
or (2) send post dated checks to be processed on the due dates. Please
do not cancel or default on your layaway as I will keep all funds I have
received.
How do you handle shipping?
We ship most
merchandise using USPS Priority, however, based on the unique
needs of every customer, we are receptive to other means of
transport. Because of the fragile and rare nature of most of our
items, insuring the parcel is often times a good idea, but not required.
Where do you get
your inventory?
From a variety of
sources. We understand that quality vintage merchandise can be
found anywhere, thus our eyes are always on the lookout for special
pieces.
