Happy Hour Select Tuesdays

Happy Hour Transition

Picture
IIn case you haven't heard, I'm getting married! Many changes are afoot as Tony and I proceed to combine our homes and decide what we want out of the rest of our lives. As our focus turns to social equity and helping our fellow people of Portland, I must reduce my current hoard. Despite liquidating one house in 2014, it's now time to make a little more room.

I've begun moving items (mostly) under $50 to my outlet location inside Kenton Antiques in North Portland on Denver Ave. Hats, purses, jewelry, coats and plenty of vintage clothing arrive on a weekly basis. Get a sneak peek of what's on its way there at Select Tuesday Happy Hour from 4-8. Convince me to discount my finer inventory that remains in the Emporium to clear some room for Tony.

Join us in enjoying my shop in its last incarnation of my single life. Sit under a canopy of vintage handbags and sip a beverage at my expense. Come for the cocktails, stay for the stories and mark a couple of gift gettings off your to-do list. Perhaps you've been reticent to visit since I've been open by appointment only. Now's the time to come revisit the past in more ways than one. I'll have a little nosh set out and maybe make a cake periodically. The schedule for these fun times is as follows:

November 28th
December 5th and 12th

I'll be down at Kenton Antiques most weekends from now until the holiday season has passed. You can visit what's being liquidated from my collection at that location six days a week. Tuesday-Saturday 11-6 and Sundays 11-4. Follow me on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to see it virtually.

What our brides are saying

"Alexsandra helped me transform my great grandmother's turn of the century dress into my dream wedding dress. The dress was way too small for me, but through some seamstress magic, Alexsandra was able to not only create a dress that fit me well but also preserved the original design, should someone down the line want to restore it to it's original condition. Alexsandra is available by appointment only, which is very convenient and it's never hard to find a time. Appointments are fun and often include the witty banter of her mother. She was masterful in taking my wishes and vision and making them come to life in a practical way, always keeping cost in mind and making sure that the project expense wouldn't spiral out of control. I am so happy that I chose to work with Alexsandra and support a local business instead of sinking a bunch of money in to a generic poor quality dress from a box store."
